Episode #109:  The effects of GLP Drugs on Aging! 

In this episode I take a deep dive into a concept that most do not talk about or think about.  Could GLP drugs be accelerating aging?  As more data comes out with long term use of GLP drugs along with basic fundamental science concepts, there is clear evidence of this to be true.  I will breakdown the entire process of how this is occurring and will likely become a more prevalently discussed issue (if it is not attempted to be silenced)  I also provide thoughts on improper use of GLP's and the attempt for a short cut that does not exist.  Most short cuts end with a longer road and this is yet another instance due to misuse of GLP's.  If used properly, there are many significant and notable benefits but once abused, which is often the case, the damage shows its ugly head.  RESPONSIBLE use and understanding there ARE NOT SHORT CUTS will save people from short and long term damage.  I also discuss bad information that is put out along with the pitfalls of celebrity endorsements and not doing your own research about these drugs.  My insights come from studies, discussions from some of the most brilliant minds on the planet and real life results from thousands of clients that I have coached through GLP use.  DO NOT MISS THIS EPISODE!

Episode #108 Featuring Ashleigh Di Lello!  The journey of joy, success, pain, suffering and one woman's extreme determination and journey to finding the answer for the world!  

My conversation with Ashleigh was one of extreme emotion, of joy and pain, success and suffering and the ultimate conquering of improbable odds.  We start off with Ashleigh's back story of of unexplained illness, a heart breaking diagnosis and the will to overcome!  Ashleigh's emotional story of chronic pain, being given no hope and the fight she encountered on MULTIPLE occasions sets the stage for her discovery of BIO EMOTIONAL HEALING.  When Ashleigh realized the tie to neuroscience and how to heal herself through this method, everything changed!  Not only was she healed but she was able to help so many others heal themselves.  We have an intricate discussion about faith, spirit and hope and the conversation offers a real life perspective on the importance FAITH has in healing and overcoming!  We go into detail about anxiety and depression and the real struggle that so many people go through.  Ashleigh gives her insights on how to cope and overcome the many stresses of every day life.  We then take a turn into the dangers of having a victim mentality and the huge obstacles that channels into us overcoming adversity as well as the hindrances it has on our ultimate success in life.  We discuss compassion but also having tough love and how to shift identity and implement self talk and reflection for healing.  Ashleigh's story provides inspiration and hope for everyone and I am so thankful to have the opportunity to share her with the world!  DO NOT MISS THIS EPISODE!!

Episode #107 Featuring Dr. Jeffrey Bland!  The FATHER of FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE!  

I want to start by saying that this interview was one of the biggest honors and privileges I have yet to encounter with a guest.  To be able to share thoughts and ideas with the founder and father of functional medicine was a blessing of blessings.  To be able to learn from Dr. Bland and share his message and voice with the world is something I will cherish and value forever!  

Dr. Bland and I start the discussion with his journey into creating functional medicine.  To hear his journey along with the amount of time and energy he spent and CONTINUES to spend is beyond astounding.  Dr. Bland's efforts and achievements have had a dramatic and drastic effect on changing lives all over the world.  We discuss the type of education and training involved in learning functional medicine and becoming certified in the field.  We then shift to how functional medicine not only challenges conventional medicine but offers alternative methods and ways to achieve optimal and full health.  By looking for the true root causes and finding better ways of treating, functional medicine looks to achieve health alignment without keeping someone on medications the rest of their lives.  Dr. Bland then gives an all out synopsis on EVERYTHING epigenetics to provide insight on what it is and the importance and impact which leads us into FOOD!  We discuss EVERYTHING you need to know about food, diet, ultra processed food dangers, misleading marketing, the importance of food quality and MORE!  We close out the conversation discussing the interconnection of the immune system and metabolism.  We also discuss his amazing product brand, BIG BOLD HEALTH!
