The one thing that has been consuming me for a while is figuring out how to take care of myself in a way that actually has an effect. We all develop bad habits when it comes to self care and in my experience I've found that dropping the bad habits and swapping them for better ones hasn't necessarily helped. This episode is for the people that are doing everything right, in terms of self care, but feel like nothing is changing.

why the relationships aren't working
Overtime I've assessed why I keep ending up in situationships/relationships that I don't deserve, or why it's so hard to find someone you like that is actually good for you. There is so much that goes wrong in relationships and it's easy to blame the world because "we can't control peoples actions"... but if we're actually being honest with ourselves, the common denominator in these situations are ourselves. So what are we doing that is attracting less that situations into our lives?

To the procrastinators with big ambitions
I will never claim to be "oh so knowledgeable" BUT one thing I know for a fact is what works for me. Hearing certain things that were harsh allowed me to have honest conversations with myself about what I want for my life and what I'm willing to do to get there.
