Flaunt! Find Your Sparkle & Create a Life You Love After Infidelity or Betrayal with Lora Cheadle:

    12/09/2026 | 57 min
How Much Truth Do You Really Need?

“The truth will set you free, but first it will piss you off.”

After betrayal, you might feel desperate to know everything. Who was she? How long did it last? What happened? Did he love her? Is he finally telling you everything?

And at the exact same time, you might desperately wish you could unknown all of it.

You want yesterday back. You want your memories back. You want a business trip to just be a business trip. You want your marriage, your husband, and your reality back.

That push-pull is one of the hardest parts of betrayal: Tell me everything. Please don't tell me that.

But how much truth do you really need?

In this episode, we're talking about the difference between truth and certainty, why some information is essential for your health, safety, finances, and decision-making, and why knowing one more detail doesn't necessarily make you feel safer.

I'm also sharing a deeply personal moment from about 18 months after discovery, when I realized there was one question I had never asked my husband. When I finally asked it, his answer was painful. But instead of destroying me, the truth gave me something real to stand on.

Because eventually, the most important question may no longer be, “What else don't I know about him?”

It may be: What is true for me now?

    Top 3 Takeaways

Truth and certainty are not the same thing.
After betrayal, it's natural to search for information because your reality has been shattered. But at some point, the search for truth can become a search for certainty, and no amount of information can guarantee that you'll never be blindsided again.

You can want the truth and wish you could unknow it at the same time.
Part of what you're grieving may be the loss of not knowing. Before discovery, your life made sense. Healing isn't about pretending you never learned the truth. It's reaching a place where knowing it no longer destroys you.

Eventually, his truth has to lead you back to your own.
What do you need to know? What would need to happen for reconciliation to be possible? What are you willing and unwilling to live with? What do you want? You may never know every detail, but you can reach a place where you know enough and, most importantly, where you know and trust yourself

“Maybe the truth that ultimately sets you free isn't finally knowing everything he did. Maybe it's finally knowing what you're going to do with what you know.”

Gaea Star Crystal Radio Hour with Mariam Massaro: #685

    12/09/2026 | 58 min
Gaea Star Crystal Radio Hour #685 is an hour of visionary, improvised acoustic music played dynamically by The Gaea Star Band with Mariam Massaro on vocals, harmonica, Native flute, mandolin, ukulele, acoustic guitar, mandolin and dulcimer, Bob Sherwood on piano and Craig Harris on congas and Native drum. Recorded live at Singing Brook Studio in Worthington, Massachusetts in late August of 2026, today’s show begins with the mystical, slow rocker “Oh The Glory Of Another Day”, a mesmerizing piece led by Craig’s fundamental low drum pulse and Mariam’s chiming dulcimer before easing into the languid, aching “Standing Ones Of Peace”, a pretty love ballad with a fine, leaping melody from Mariam and fine accompaniment from the whole ensemble. “Open Every Day” is a Ray Charles-like blues with hypnotic piano motifs and rocking solo harmonica from Mariam and “Smile” is a beautiful folk song led by Mariam’s rhythmic ukulele strumming and dancing, wide-intervaled melody. “Happy I Am” is another powerfully mesmerizing, mystical piece, this time framed by Mariam’s chiming mandolin and a deep, booming piano motif from Bob that subcommunicates a deeply buried, obscured power in contrast with Mariam’s gossamer, dancing melody. “Soldaygo” is a lush, meditative prayer featuring gorgeous Native flute passages from Mariam and Craig’s heartbeat Native drum. Today’s hour finishes with an energized, rhythmic medley of two songs from Mariam, “Always In Love” and “Sailing Down The Waves Of Life”, close the show with a powerful, driving groove supported by steady conga work from Craig.

Her Health Compass with Yonni & Heather: Life, Loss and Legacy: 25 Years After September 11th

    12/09/2026 | 59 min
Life, Loss and Legacy: 25 Years After September 11th

In this special episode of Her Health Compass, we reflect on September 11th through a deeply personal story, but with a broader purpose: to explore what grief, trauma, resilience, caregiving, memory and legacy can teach all of us.

HHC’s co-host  Heather, shares her family’s experience of that day and the 25 years that followed, including the loss of her brother-in-law Todd Ouida, the survival of her father-in-law Herb, the devastating losses within the Cantor Fitzgerald community where her husband and brother-in-law worked, and the ways those experiences continued to shape family life long after the world moved on.

The conversation reaches beyond September 11 itself to the questions at the heart of Her Health Compass: How do we live alongside grief? How do we support someone through pain we cannot fix? What does survivor’s guilt look like? How do we carry people forward without being defined only by losing them? And how can loss, over time, become connected to purpose, service and legacy?

It is a conversation about remembering, showing up, living fully, and ultimately making the time we are given count.
