Dreaming Healing with Kat Kanavos: Dreaming Meanings by Numbers

    18/09/2026 | 59 min
    Dreaming Meanings by Numbers

The Queen of Dreams, show host Kat Kanavos, discusses dream numbers. Dream numbers have powerful messages. You may have heard of painting by numbers, but what about dreaming by numbers? Patterns or number sequences in dreams may reflect an analytical or problem-solving left-brain mindset. By combining the abstract dream language of signs and symbols with logical number concepts, dreams can paint a picture that speaks to your current and future health, wealth, and well-being.

Flaunt! Find Your Sparkle & Create a Life You Love After Infidelity or Betrayal with Lora Cheadle: How to Make Decisions After Infidelity

    18/09/2026 | 59 min
How to Make Decisions After Infidelity When Every Choice Feels Wrong

If betrayal has suddenly made divorce a possibility, you may feel trapped between two terrible options: stay in a marriage that no longer feels safe or enter a legal battle that causes even more damage. But divorce does not automatically have to mean war.

In this conversation, Lora Cheadle speaks with divorce consultant, mediator, co-parenting specialist, and Good Divorce Method founder Karen McNenny about approaching divorce with greater intention, clarity, and care. Together, they explore how to protect yourself without allowing fear or anger to control the process, set boundaries with a hostile spouse, support children across two homes, navigate the painful reality of an affair partner entering family life, and recover emotionally after the legal process ends.

    Top 3 Takeaways

A good divorce is not painless or conflict-free. A good divorce is handled intentionally enough that the process itself does not create more damage than the marriage already did. The goal is not to avoid every difficult emotion, but to build a more functional future instead of automatically turning former partners into enemies.

Protecting yourself does not require becoming hostile. You can establish firm boundaries without becoming a doormat or escalating every conflict. When conversations become insulting or emotionally charged, pause, clearly state what you are willing to participate in, and return to the discussion when it can be respectful and productive.

The legal process can end a marriage, but it cannot recover you. Divorce may change your home, finances, parenting, identity, friendships, and imagined future. Legal guidance is essential, but emotional healing, nervous system regulation, self-trust, and creating the life that comes next require a different kind of support.

    About Karen

Karen McNenny is the author of The Good Divorce: How to End Your Marriage Without Ending Your Family. As a mediator, divorce consultant, and co-parent specialist, she helps families navigate separation without destroying the relationships that matter most.

In a culture that often treats divorce like a battlefield, Karen offers a radically different model — one that exposes the systemic failures of the traditional divorce industry and replaces them with a child-centered, dignity-driven approach. Her work reframes divorce not as a personal failure, but as a family restructuring that can be handled with intention, stability, and long-term family stability.

What makes Karen’s perspective especially powerful is that she has lived it. She navigated her own divorce and successfully raised her children across two homes — from kindergarten through college — proving that families can restructure without rupturing.

She is known for blending warmth, clarity, and practical strategy to help families navigate change with intention. A sought-after speaker, trusted advisor, and TEDx presenter, Karen also brings more than two decades of leadership coaching and consulting experience across the nonprofit,  corporate, and public sectors.

Living on Purpose with Carolyn Romano: What We Tend, Tends Us: The Big Yeses That Shape a Life

    18/09/2026 | 57 min
What We Tend, Tends Us: The Big Yeses That Shape a Life

What happens when the things we choose to care for begin changing us in return?

In this episode of Living on Purpose, Carolyn Romano reflects on the BIG YES moments that have shaped her life — from creating Charlie’s Place Healing Sanctuary after the loss of a beloved dog, to driving across the country for a lamb who could not walk, welcoming animals during the uncertainty of 2020, and following unexpected calls into spiritual leadership, community-building, and a more integrated life.

Along the way, Carolyn explores the difference between a sacred yes and the automatic yes of a capable person who has learned to carry almost anything.

    She asks:

What is actually mine to carry?

    What deserves my yes?

What happens when love, responsibility, and good intentions still cannot guarantee the outcome?

And how do we recognize what is uniquely ours to tend?

Through stories of animals, loss, professional reinvention, shamanic practice, Tending the Sacred, and life at Charlie’s Place, Carolyn reflects on a lesson she continues to learn: tending is not control. We can pay attention, respond with care, and love deeply without knowing exactly where the path will lead.

This episode is an invitation to consider the choices that have shaped your own life — and the possibility that purpose may be less about finding one perfect calling and more about learning to recognize what is truly yours to tend.

Make Mental Health Matter with Kelli Melissa Reinhardt: World Suicide Prevention Day Message of Hope

    18/09/2026 | 58 min
A World Suicide Prevention Day Message of Hope with Kelli Melissa Reinhardt

Recorded on World Suicide Prevention Day, this special episode of the Make Mental Health Matter Show carries a message that cannot wait: we need more connection, more compassion, more kindness, and more willingness to show up for one another.

Host Kelli Melissa Reinhardt shares why World Suicide Prevention Day is so significant and takes a deeply personal look at the lives behind the suicide statistics. These aren't just numbers. They are parents, children, siblings, friends, coworkers, veterans, service members, and people who were loved.

Kelli explores the devastating impact suicide continues to have in the United States and around the world, with special attention to two populations close to her heart: our veterans and our youth.

She speaks passionately about the men and women who serve our country, the trauma many experience during their service, and the stigma and fear that can keep veterans and military members from seeking mental health support. After sacrificing so much for others, no veteran should ever feel that ending their life is their only way out.

The conversation also turns to today's young people. They are growing up in a world vastly different from the one many of us knew. Social media, technology, constant comparison, cyberbullying, academic and social pressures, and a world that never really seems to switch off can create an enormous emotional burden. Bullying no longer necessarily ends when a child leaves school. It can follow them home through a screen.

So Kelli asks a bigger question: Where did our compassion go?

When did it become easier to tear someone down from behind a screen than to reach out a hand? When did disagreement have to become division? And what could change if we made the intentional choice to love more, listen more, judge less, and help one another instead of hurting one another?

As the episode coincides with the anniversary of September 11, Kelli also takes time to honor the lives lost on 9/11, reflect on where she was when the tragedy unfolded, and remember both the heartbreak and the unity that followed. It becomes another reminder of the tremendous human cost of hatred, violence, war, and division, and of how desperately our world needs connection.

Suicide prevention isn't only a conversation for one day, one month, one country, or mental health professionals. It belongs to all of us.

Check on your people. Listen without judgment. Take someone's pain seriously. Be willing to have uncomfortable conversations. Tell people they matter while they are here to hear it.

Choose kindness. Choose connection. Choose compassion.

Because sometimes helping someone feel a little less alone can make more of a difference than we will ever know.

    Together, we can #MakeMentalHealthMatter.
