The Future of Food podcast is hosted by Margaret Sova McCabe, dean of the University of Arkansas School of Law, which, for 40 years, has offered an LL.M. in agriculture and food law. She is a passionate scholar on food system design, regulation, and sustainability and was alarmed by how our food system has been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic-- and the weaknesses it revealed in our food system.
