In this episode, I share my journey with Christianity. From being more of a religious person to seeking a relationship with Jesus.
I mentioned the Bible project podcast (check them out everywhere you listen to podcasts).
I hope this was encouraging in your journey. Take care!

Mental Health journey part two
In this episode, I tell you a little bit more about my journey with mental health and where I am currently. I hope that sharing my experiences will help others who may be going through similar struggles to know that they are not alone and that they are encouraged to seek the support they need. It's important to continue the conversation around mental health and break down the stigma associated with it.

Remember, as you heal your mind, you'll be able to grow even more in your spiritual walk.
Here is the Bible verse I shared, 2 Timothy 1:7. For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love, and self-discipline. This is my journey to learn how to walk in the power of love, discipline, and self-discipline that God has given me. I'm glad that you are with me on this journey. I hope you are encouraged to show up for the things God has put in your hands too.
Be well.

Immigration Experience
This episode was recorded in 2021. It's the first episode we recorded together talking about immigration, nonprofit work, and integration.
Have you ever left a conversation feeling like you didn’t say all the things you wanted to say? Well me too and this the reason for this podcast. To say all the things I feel like I should’ve said.
We will also talk about personalities and how they play into that.
