In Seminole County, Florida, an anonymous tip set off an investigation that quickly escalated from a possible school threat into something far more disturbing. At the center of it all were 15-year-old Isabelle Valdez and her friend Lois Lippert, two teens investigators soon discovered were connected to a chilling plan already in motion. What made the case even more unsettling was a disturbing obsession tied to Sandy Hook shooter Adam Lanza, which appeared to shape the way Isabelle viewed everything. When Isabelle and Lois were confronted, their calm and detached reactions only deepened the unease.
