EU trainee podcast

Episode two of the Council of the EU's traineeship podcast series sees our trainees give you the lowdown on working life at the Council. They outline their typical weekly routine, talk about working in a diverse and multinational institution, and reflect on the help offered by advisers. They also discuss making lasting friendships at the Council, networking opportunities which could come in handy, and there's some chat about a lengthy karaoke session during a study trip to Strasbourg.

For the first episode of our podcast series exploring the traineeship programme offered by the Council of the EU, a few of our current trainees sat down together around some microphones to chat about living in Brussels. They discuss ways to find accommodation and the cost-of-living, as well as nightlife hotspots and other cities they recommend visiting, both in Belgium and beyond.
