In October 2015, we put out the very first episode of the Plaidcast, covering the Pilot of Supernatural.  We showed up with enthusiasm, trepidation, a background in literary criticism, a single page of notes, and zero recording experience.  We worked hard to keep our episodes concise, because who wants to listen to English teachers ramble for over 70 minutes? 10 years and 230 podcast episodes later, much like the later seasons of the show, all restraints have been abandoned! :)  To celebrate our 10th anniversary, we decided to rewatch the episode that started it all, with a new appreciation for Sam's bangs, shadowy public libraries, and Eric Kripke at the helm.
