    18/2/2026 | 1 h 3 min
With their pink velour tracksuits, bright yellow sneaks, belting vocals and earnest pleas to help get their fourth member Darshan an O1 visa to join them from India, Boy Throb are then band no one realized they needed, but oh boy are we throbbing for them now.

The trio — Evan Papier, Anthony Key, and Zachary Sobania join us in the studio for the first time, alongside new manager Gino. What happened to manager Jeff? What’s up with Dana the lawyer? How did this troupe of musical misfits from different corners of America come together and connect with Darshan all the way in Mumbai? Don’t worry, all your questions will be answered… and then some, because we talk to Darshan too.

Not only do they perform an acapella rendition of the National Anthem for us (just hours before they harmonize ahead of the LA Kings hockey game), but they dance their way through their upcoming single ‘Can’t Stop the Throb’ — a Zach Sang Show premiere exclusive!

We uncover their individual origin stories, what’s up with Anthony’s prior penchant for pirate-poet shirts, the meaning behind their debut single ‘Finger,’ what happened at the Grammys and how they’ve dealt with online bullying. We hope those days of getting trash-talked are behind them because these guys can really sing. Give them all the love — cos you can’t stop the throb!

Avan Jogia Talks ‘Victorious’ and Beck, Engagement to Halsey, Dove Cameron and New Series ‘56 Days’

    16/2/2026 | 1 h 13 min
Even though Zach and Avan have known each other socially for 16 years, the pair have never sat down for a formal chat, but now the 34-year-old Canadian-British-Indian actor is in the official hotseat thanks to his new thriller series ‘56 Days.’ Playing the brooding, possibly dangerous, definitely tortured Oliver, starring opposite Dove Cameron, the Prime series is very much in the vein of 90s psycho-sexual classics like ‘Fatal Attraction’ and ‘Basic Instinct.’ The chemistry is combustible and we get into that, how he built the character, intimacy co-ordinators, morality gray areas, and more.

Plus he chats about his beginnings in acting, how he snagged the role of heartthrob Beck in ‘Victorious,’ and his relationship with the cast to this day. We also dig into his more leftfield creative endeavors including working with arthouse filmmaker Greg Araki, screenwriting legend Charlie Kaufman, and his own screenplays and directing forays.

And… his second poetry collection — ‘Autopsy (of an Ex-Teen Heartthrob)’ with its humor and satire, some of which might have been lost on readers. Naturally it’s impossible not to discuss his fiancée Halsey and their creative and romantic partnership too. Awww.

Nick Jonas Talks 'Sunday Best,' Camp Rock, Fatherhood, and Marriage

    09/2/2026 | 56 min
Nick Jonas joins us on the couch for on his own for the very first time to discuss his new solo album Sunday Best, a record that reflects on his childhood, how his artistry has changed since becoming a dad, self-criticism, spending time in India with Priyanka’s family, and his current relationship with faith. As Nick puts it, it took two years to make the record but really it took 33 years. Interestingly JP Saxe’s social post about low ticket sales wound up being a catalyst for Nick to reach out… and the beginning of a very fruitful collaboration. And of course we get the skinny on ‘Camp Rock 3’ and what was going through his head during that now-viral Golden Globes video.

December 10 Talks Reality TV, Simon Cowell, One Direction Comparisons, and Debut Single “Run My Way”

    05/2/2026 | 59 min
Simon Cowell — label exec, talent reality TV judge OG, “bad guy,” perma-aviator sporting, tight top-and-high pant wearer etc. and so on — fancies a challenge. He wants to create a new boy band, one that will challenge the omnipotence of K-pop, a band that will put his name back in the cultural conversation. A lot is on the line.

He scours Dublin, Liverpool, and London for plucky teen hopefuls. The initial response to his call for auditions is a little meh, but then the judges uncover some gems, albeit ones with strikingly similar haircuts.

A thousand is whittled down to under ten hopefuls who battle it out for five spaces in the as-of-yet unnamed boy band and across the six episodes viewers start to really care about the journey of these wannabe stars. Cowell is torn! He ultimately plumps for seven members (in true KPop style) and so we have Cruz Lee-Ojo, Danny Bretherton, Hendrik Christoffersen, John Fadare, Josh Olliver, Nicolas Alves, and Seán Hayden. And know they’re on our couch.

We find out a bit more about the septet: where they’re from, previous talent show accolades, what instruments they play, who loves school, who used to be a semi-pro soccer player, who almost pursued rugby full time. And of course we ask about Cowell, working with storied songwriters like Poo Bear and Savan Kotecha (Bieber, 1D, respectively), why Brits are so obsessed with breaking America, One Direction comparisons, squaring up to BTS, and so much more.
