  • The Graveside Massacre-2005 Four friends started a rap group, it ended madness
Send us a textIn 2005 Boston was a different city, we were on the cusp of 75 murders and most of them occurred in two areas of the city. In the mist of this, a group of music lovers started a rap group and unfortunately they fell into the trap of urban -rap tradition of playing with illegal firearms.  In this case a 9mm pistol with glow in the dark sights, a Mossburg pump shot gun, an Ak-47 like rifle. a '"friend" saw his buddy flashing the glock and soon, desired it. He asked to see the popular firearm and committed a massacre of his friends. Complete madness. • Victory in the Karen Read case! Will eyes turn to a judge that openly put her thumb on the scale??
Send us a textKaren Read found not guilty on 2nd degree murder and leaving the scene of an accident! She was found guilty of misdemeanor operating under the influence (of alcohol). The jury was attentive and asked several questions of the judge, they were dialed in, really couldn't ask for more. The jurors are taking media interviews and there are some commonalities- Trp. Bukenik came off as arrogant and petulant. The damage to John's arm, simply did not align with a car strike. Hank Brennan's objections were a problem for the jury. There is a whole lot more, don't miss this episode! Will any take notice of this judge in Norfolk County? is she a problem or no? • Karen Read June 15, 2025-Karen Read case goes to the jury, does the jury see the open corruption?
Send us a textThe Karen Read Case heads to the jury, What exactly have they retained? We'll know shortly, either way. Closing arguments were about what you'd expect. Allen Jackson, demolished the state's case from beginning to end. Hank Brennan, did a decent job in humanizing John to the jury, then Hank, proceeded to run from whatever evidence he had managed to produce. He tore into his own witnesses, including the medical examiner, a lot of question marks in his closing, he came across as whiny, hurt and incompetent. Only because that's reality. • A great week for Karen Read's defense, jurors seem fed up with Hank Brennan!
Send us a textWeek 7-The Prosecution is struggling mightily, no witness to date has provided any overwhelming evidence of Karen Read’s guilt. Boston Patrol Officer Kelly Dever was a complete and utter disaster. She simply appeared to be lying, why is the only question. This witness actually used the words “False Memory” after saying she saw the Chief of police and ATF agent Brian Higgins for a long time, by themselves. What a S-Show! The week did not get any better for the prosecution as the week proceeded. Hank Brennan the “special” prosecutor, apparently grated on the jury, with his cross examination of Dr. Marie Russell, Officer Barros and Lucky Loughlin, Jurors were reported to be openly rolling their eyes at the prosecution, never a good sign. We finished the week with some substantial forensics from Dr. Wolfe and a laughable cross examination by Hank “Squeaky” Brennan. Corruption is on open display, cmon down! • Week 6 of the Karen Read Trial-Has the Commonwealth met their burden? What has been proven thus far?
Send us a textWhat a week in Norfolk County,Massachusetts! The prosecution concluded their case in chief. What exactly did they prove. It appears that the Commonwealth has NOT proven the intent factor in the second degree homicide charge. The forensic case against Karen Read is shaky at best. Dr Welcher, an accident re-constructionist  was the last witness called by the Commonwealth, was simply not what they needed. He came off as every engineer at a house party, Know it all, dismissive and insistent. He was forced to admit that he could not determine, on what body part John was first struck, where on the street John was standing, where John O’Keefe’s final resting place was. This case remains an incoherent mess for the Commonwealth. Please Share this episode! Law and Crime-https://bit.ly/43PX6EaThe Emily Show-https://bit.ly/3T4dzzmX-bcpbeantown [email protected]
