We kick off the warm-up this episode with ‘Skin Deep’ by Dusky, which is 10 years old but still feels as relevant as when it was released. ‘Body Language’ by Samm continues the warm-up with Maur’s ‘Set You Free’ completing it.
The main workout section of the episode is packed with brand new music, starting with LA-based Friendly Fire and ‘Prescribe The Sound’. Next up is the latest from Max Styler and Deomid with ‘Every Night’ and then the Walker & Royce remix of Dom Dolla’s ‘No Room For A Saint’ which is taken from the F1 Movie soundtrack. We continue the new music with Chris Lake’s take on the classic Chemical Brother’s track ‘Galvanize’ and CID’s latest, ‘Fancy $hit’, which ends this section of the mix.
‘The Flow’ by Rafael Cerato and Kinky Sound is this episode’s Finisher and ‘I’ve Arrived’ by Ireland’s Obskur is our Warm Down song this episode.

We kick this episode off with a classic sample, modernised in Matroda’s ‘Feel The Heat’. Rossi’s beat and Jazzy’s vocals work perfectly to continue the energy. New releases from LEFTI with ‘Sugar’ and Sean Finn & Funkera with their twist on Laurent Garnier’s classic from 2000, ‘The Man With The Red Face’, wrap up the first section of the mix.
Three more remixes of older songs fill the middle section of the playlist with Shakedown’s ‘At Night’ getting a re-make for 2025 by Anyma & Layton Giordani, ARTBAT remixes CamelPhat & Elderbrook’s ‘Cola’ and finally we have Mark Knight's remix of Sebastian Drums and Avicii’s ‘My Feelings For You’.
The final section of the playlist gets a little heavier with new songs from Mirko Donnini with ‘Body Talk’, Roland Clark & Hakuna with ‘Set Yourself Free’ and Tony Romera’s current club favourite ‘2009’.
I hope this playlist pushes you through your exercise this week…

This playlist was designed for a long run or a tough gym workout – it is full of high-energy songs from start to finish – so lace up those shoes and let’s get going…
We get straight into it with ‘Deep Down’ by LEFTI moving smoothly into ‘All I Do’ by Luxo. Next up is ‘Enemies’ by VOLAC, which is one of my songs of 2025.
Alaia & Gallo came to mainstream prominence this summer with their hit ‘Lipstick’ and we bring you their previous single, ‘Undercover’, as the first of three songs from Toolroom Records, including Danny Rhys and Loz Seka.
R3HAB with ‘Tsunami’ and DON’T BLINK with ‘You Know What I Like’ should get your through any wall you might hit on your run or workout.
Roland Clark is once again impactful on a Mark Knight song, this time on the politically charged ‘Televised’. Malta native and prolific producer across various genres, Jewel Kid transitions us into the tail end of playlist while keeping the energy high.
We finish with two modern remakes of classic songs. The first being ESSE’s version of The Chemical Brother’s ‘Block Rockin’ Beats’ and the later, our finisher this episode, comes from Brazil’s InntRaw with his version of The Prodigy’s ‘Breathe’.
I hope you enjoy this playlist!
