Hello again! When we posted Laura’s birth story episode earlier this week, a lot of you commented asking why Laura decided to have an elective cesarean. Laura spoke about how she made her decision on our other podcast, KICPod, last year and so we decided to share it here too in case you were curious.

It’s finally here!! Laura gave birth to baby Atlas on December 3rd, 2025. In this episode, Laura sits down with Steph to share her birth story - from what she & Dalton did the night before, to all the nitty gritty of her planned cesarean, and the first five days of Atlas’ life.

Domenica gave birth to her daughter Dove in August this year. In this week's KICBUMP, Domenica sits down with Steph to share about her pregnancy and birth story, including the mental state she was in going into pregnancy, her traumatic pregnancy which included sickness, hives & thyroid issues, deciding to have an elective epidural & induction, and the judgement she got from other women for making the decision.

Larissa Leone is the founder of the postnatal stay Homb. Larissa went through postnatal anxiety and depression after giving birth to her daughter Valentina almost 13 years ago. That experience, and knowing that no other postnatal stay like it existed, inspired Larissa to create Homb.
Steph stayed at Homb after giving birth to Billie earlier this year and knew a little bit about Larissa’s story but in this episode Steph sits down with Larissa to learn more and find out where Homb came from.
Larissa shares about her experience of postnatal anxiety & depression, how her postpartum differed between her first Valentina, and her second Sebastian, the research she did before creating Homb, and the profound impact she has had on families who got to experience Homb.
