Cadet Hugh Hoyland, played by Donald Buka, has spent his entire life aboard a vast multilevel rocket ship whose people know no other home. When Hugh and his friend Alan Mahoney venture into the ship’s neglected upper levels, forbidden questions and unsettling encounters challenge the beliefs that govern their enclosed world.
