2819 Church

In a powerful Week 2 of our NEW message series, IN CHRIST, Pastor Philip Anthony Mitchell continues through Ephesians 1:3–6, highlighting that before the foundation of the world, God chose us and predestined us for adoption through Christ Jesus.
When we understand that we are chosen, adopted, and blessed IN CHRIST, it changes how we see ourselves and how we live. Holiness becomes our response. Obedience becomes our glad submission.

In our new series, IN CHRIST, Pastor Philip Anthony Mitchell opens our study through the book of Ephesians with a charge to know who we are IN CHRIST. Before Paul tells the church how to live, he establishes their identity, calling them saints, set-apart ones, holy ones, and faithful in Christ Jesus. But could the same reputation be given to you? In this uncompromising standalone message, Elder Milton James calls us back to the life of prayer and dependence that Jesus modeled throughout His earthly ministry.
Through Christ, we have ACCESS to the Father and have been invited into constant holy communion with Him, yet sin, distraction, busyness, and self-reliance can cause us to neglect His presence and drift from the intimacy He desires with us.

In a sobering STANDALONE message, IDENTIFIED WITH US, Pastor Philip Anthony Mitchell returns with a bold call to action, calling the Church back to prayer, radical repentance, and preparation for the coming of Christ.

Matthew 3:3-17, Jesus got baptized to identify with us, a sinner. In our baptism, we identify with Christ, the One who is holy. In these end times, may we grow mighty in spirit and bear fruit that remains as this generation prepares for His coming.
