In our most broken episode so far, we elaborate on just how broken submarines are.
The episode is designed about the argument that submarines doing convoy raiding is overpowered in vanilla and ruined in TFB - both broken.

This is the last and final part of a three part series tier listing (and partly explaining) navy stats in HOI4.
