It was another win for the podcast (sort of) as Joe Dean, one of those we spoke to prior to the British Masters, only went and won the thing. We begin with that plus notes on some contenders at the Belfry, before paying tribute to Scottie Scheffler's tour de force at East Lake where Viktor Hovland came up short. In the latest news recap we talk about Good Good's bad bad week, some updates for both the men's and women's TGL, and where we are with LIV Golf after job losses and reports of an imminent bankruptcy fiilng. The new format for the Tour Championship gets the thumbs up, but it would be fair to say we were less sure of just why one Presidents Cup vice captain got the nod. We're back, recording on the day of release, for our first standard episode in a little while as we begin a massive run of DP World Tour golf. First though we reflect on the Nexo Championship and a long overdue, much deserved win for Scott Jamieson, and the latest victory in a career season for Player of the Year candidate, Wyndham Clark.
